Help us to restore the stunning frescoes of Villa San Marco at Castellammare di Stabia.
Room 4, the subject of the intervention, is a ramp which connects the lower peristyle to the upper one, which was added to the Villa in the Neronian Age, during the final phase of construction prior to the eruption of AD 79. The ramp, which is rather steep, narrow and long, was divided into three parts by wooden jambs in the walls and lintels in the ceiling, with pictorial decoration in the mature Fourth Style.

With the project to restore and reconstruct the ceiling, it will be possible to return and to admire the frescoes, which will be displayed in the 'Libero D'Orsi' Archaeological Museum at the Royal Palace of Quisisana
